Workshops

SWIM organizes a year-long series of skill-development workshops to meet the personal and professional development needs of SWIM women.

The club plans 8 workshops per year with one workshop per month, September-December and February-May. Workshops are run by professionals.

Workshops
offered
through
 SWIM
 give
MIT
Sloan
women
 a
hands‐on
forum
to
learn
 and practice
crucial
 business
 skills
in
a
 networking
setting.
 SWIM
workshops
 are
planned
to strategically
 address

that
Sloan
women
may
encounter
when
 entering
the
workforce both

 The
 club
seeks
to
bring
in
industry, faculty,
 and
alumnae
experts
in
these
areas
to
lead
the
workshops,
ultimately
 securing cutting
